I am Eco Fashion Designer Anna Herman & CEO of Hermans ECO INC. An American Designer who cares what the goods are made from and WAnt them to be fashionable too. I live in Montana and I'm from The washingtom Metropolitian Area. I started selling on the street. Then I opened a vintage clothes store put in some of my originals made from vintage cloth they sold I made more. Then I became interrested in Hemp. I laern what was other fabric were made of chemcials & manmade things I always hated Polyester . I had alot of people around me telling things and I changed . I sstared living a green lifestyle. From the vintage I learned alot about design. I also have a degree in art and went to alot of galleries. I th8ink the best fashion right now is coming from the streets in the United States. My studio is on the 2nd floor of a victorian house . I have lots of hemp & other fabric plus trims and such that you just can't find. it makes my work unique.I make a lot differnet things from Fancy hemp silk dresses to cowboy shirts to lingerie."Changing How the World Shops" is about the the 4 W's . Where was it made ?Out of What? by Whom and Were they paid well.
Our productions are grown without chemicals and aren't genetical altered. I have a green house where we grow some of our food . Then thru the thrift shop my husband runs we have a farmers market to promote sustainiblity. I buy organic food from other vendors grown within 100 miles. I am one picky shopper. Sometimes I don't buy things because of the plastic it comes on I try to reduce plastic in the home . I am saving the straps of hemp so I can make insulation from it . I don't drive much. Walk to the store, ride a bike. Encourage others to make green changes pass on alittle green education as I go.I keep the heat on low don't have air conditioning and do alot of recycling
