Returns / Exchanges
For on-line purchases, Cherry Berry will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged. Merchandise will be deemed used if the original packaging has been removed or altered in any way whatever. Full-priced merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 10 days from date of delivery provided that the merchandise is its original condition and packing, and accompanied by the original sales slip; however, we will not accept sale merchandise under any condition whatsoever. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.
Please note that shipping costs may be attributable to refunds/exchanges and that a different policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.
Cherry Berry will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Cherry Berry’s sole discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse return/exchange of any merchandise for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Changes / Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once the product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us.
